Party equipment rental rates are based on the costumer receiving the other prior to the event and returning the items one-day after the event. Most prices quoted are for one-day rental. Long term rates are available upon request. Weekend rentals are normally scheduled for Friday delivery and picked up the following Monday. All delivery of rentals must be scheduled at least 48 before the delivery date. Rentals scheduled less than 49 hours before delivery may be charged an additional fee.

Rental fees are due on or before delivery or pick up of items ordered. A security deposit (normally a valid Visa or MasterCard) is required on all rental orders over and above the rental rates.

There is a charge for all deliveries in-town and out-of-town. Delivery rates are varied depending upon mileage. deliveries will be made to a mutually convenient location. Please assemble items at the same location for pickup. Extra charges will be incurred for elevators, steps, and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle and/or excessive time involved. Additional charges may apply when delivery or pick up is requested outside of normal business hours. Some set up and take down services is available, if requested in advance, and try our best to arrive on time.

All equipment is ready to use when you receive it. All equipment except linens should be returned clean and in its original container if provided. Dinnerware should be scraped free of food. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, a service charge may be added.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery or customer pickup to the time of return. Please be sure the equipment is secure and protected from weather and other elements. An additional charge may be added for items damaged or requiring extra cleaning or drying.

Count your equipment at time of rental and report any shortages or damages immediately. Customer is responsible for any rental equipment not returned. Customer will be charged for missing or damaged items including linens burned or ruined by stains, wax, etc.

Deposits will be fully refunded provided a cancellation request is received 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or customer pickup. If the cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before, a 50% fee of the total rental order may be assessed. Please notify Bar Company as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations.
